Delivery Times:

• For orders within South Africa, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
• For international orders, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Kindly note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Tracking Your Order:
You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. South African orders are shipped via trusted courier services, while international orders are handled by DHL Express. Throughout the delivery process, you will receive email updates, so please check your inbox for the latest status.

• We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
• GAYA is not liable for parcels that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, as our shipments are not insured.

Delivery Fees:

• Orders under R1000 within South Africa incur a delivery fee of R130.
• Orders over R1000 qualify for FREE delivery anywhere in South Africa.
